In 2024 – 2025 the Access for All Fund provided a grant to Seachange to purchase a range of mobility equipment that can be prohibitively expensive for people to own. Funding enabled equipment to be purchased which is available for hire so that people can enjoy the newly improved access around the Otter Estuary.

Seachange wanted to provide opportunities for people that face barriers to enjoy the Otter Estuary.

Total Project Cost: £3860

Access for All Grant Awarded: £3860 (100% of total project)

An array of equipment was purchased based on identified need including Nordic walking poles, and battery powered wheelchairs. The equipment was also promoted to those who it may benefit.
